Association for the Advancement of Computing in Education (AACE)
An international educational organization with the mission of advancing Information Technology in Education and E-Learning research, development, learning, and its practical application.

Eserver Technical Communication Library
A free, open-access, categorized index of works available online for professional, scientific and technical communicators (such as technical writers). Includes a list of blogs.

High-Tech Communicators' Exchange
Site for corporate, marketing, visual, and technical communicators, primarily serving the high-tech and biotech industries.

KeyContent.org
A free, open-content, wiki-based site for developers of content for communication of technical information. Includes a list of blogs.

Organisations for Technical Writers
A national and international list of organizations and associations for technical writers.

Society for Technical Communication
The regional and chapter information server for the Society for Technical Communication (STC). Provides information about the society, its regions and chapters, and society competitions, conferences and seminars, and publications. TECHWR-L
"Tech-whirl" is an Internet-based community and resource for technical communicators worldwide. Includes the TechWR-L Blog List and TECHWR-L Mailing List, a forum for discussions related to technical communication, including searchable archives.

Wired Woman
