Checklists are simply lists that have tick-boxes in front of each item and are used to help readers ensure they have all of the proper materials, or have completed all required tasks. See checklist in Appendix B. Use only if you intend the reader to actually tick off items. Most checklists are formatted as separate forms and included in an appendix.
