Use appendices to cover material that would otherwise disrupt the flow if included in the body of the manual. Appendices can be used to keep information such as forms, lists, tables, maps, diagrams, technical specifications, and so forth. Small items which are related to a specific module should be attached to the module they relate to (these are called attachments). If a form is referred to in several modules, place it in an appendix.
The appendices are placed after the last chapter and are treated as a chapter of the manual (use a divider tab "Appendices"). Label them Appendix A, Appendix B, etc. and treat each as a module of the manual. Number the pages in the same way you would other modules. See the appendix in this guidebook.
